Home Inspections, Southwest Michigan

Tim Bunch has performed thousands of home inspections in Southwest Michigan since 2001. As an ASHI Certified Home Inspector (ACI), Tim is the only Kalamazoo-based inspector that has gone through and passed the Inspector By Review (IBR) program. This is a finely tuned ASHI program that tests the inspector’s knowledge by inspecting a house that was picked apart by a board of Master Inspectors to identify the critical “must finds.” This is then followed by an oral review in front of the board, to be questioned on the inspector’s findings, and will also include many technical, ethical and standards of practice questions. This is one of the most challenging programs available for an inspector to judge his/her knowledge and inspection process within the industry.
